Leasing Procedure

  • Payment & Documentation: The client makes full payment and receives an official receipt indicating the equipment type, location of assignment, and duration of hire.
  • Deployment of Personnel: We provide a civil engineer and certified machine operator to manage and operate the machinery during the hire period.
  • Maintenance Support: Kaltec handles all repairs and maintenance of the machine on-site throughout the leasing duration.
  • Working Hours: Each machine operates 8 hours per day, with a 1-hour break included for optimal performance and maintenance check.
  • Fuel Provision: The client is responsible for providing diesel and a minimum trekking distance fuel allowance of 50 litres.
